Amparo Arbáizar chaired an experts panel on surrogacy at the Malaga 2024 Lawyers’ Congress.
The family section of Abogacía de Málaga introduced a very interesting panel of experts on this controversial topic, with the participation of Blanca Sillero Crovetto, Professor of Civil Law at the University of Málaga, Gonzalo Ortega, Magistrate and expert in filiation, and José Gabriel Ortolá Dinnbier, lawyer at the Bar Association of Valencia.
